Almighty God
You are in my heart.
You dwell in my soul
as light eternal.
You give me warmth
when i am in sorrow.
You are the light of my feet
in the world of darkness.

When the modern philosophy
denies you, i shall keep my hands
folded and hold the light in me
that you kindled, safe and burning.

You are the light of my heart.
You are the light of my life.
You are the light of my intellect.
Your light guides me in my
emotional conflicts and
help me to follow only
your perennial and eternal light.
