You Can'T Break Me Poem by Clara Diskley

You Can'T Break Me

All the time I cannot breathe
It feels as though there's no oxygen
I can't hold my breath any longer
Otherwise I would be giving in to you
This feeling is suffocating me
That deep and overwhelming feeling
approaching is killing me
I can't think straight anymore
too many words attacking me at once
Don't you tell me what to think
You're not worth any good
I know what you're thinking
Thinking I'm too naive to know
Your devious plan to misuse me
To act fake and pretend that I'm
so clueless
You can't break me, don't ever
think that you ever can
I won't let you leave with your pride
I'll strike up and get my dignity, you
won't have your satisfaction
