My life has changed, people say, and so have I,
Some hate me, while some cast an evil-eye; I was a busy-bee;
I met you, I transformed. You Changed Me!

You were the best at annoying our teachers,
Just to be in class with you, I became a back-bencher
Now, I do not submit my projects on Day-D,
May probably fail or perhaps be a promotee. You Changed Me!

You freshen-up my mind as you are dramatic
Often you are humourous and seldom sarcastic
Just can't imagine a world without you and me
Can't our lives stick with glue? You Changed Me!

We are there on Whatsapp, Insta and e-mail,
Will be together in temple, garden or jail
We shall pass together or together fail, you see
Better for us, we arrange bail. You Changed Me!

What if I can't meet you, hear you or see?
Will you leave me? Will I alone then be?
I do not believe these astrologers who so forsee
You are my only shore. I am your sea. You Changed Me!

Everything in me is now just a phase past,
I accepted you with your present and past
You never did, but I was influenced by you
I could not a bit change you. You Changed Me!
