You Long For Silence Poem by RIC BASTASA

You Long For Silence

you hide
white hair
you want to
keep wit
forever
you bury sins
you grow
hope
you throw away
what you cannot
love and hold
you catch up
what you miss
you sing again
you long for
silence
when you go back
the party starts
noise tells you
'i got much'
