You Made Your Bed Now Lie In It Poem by John Fenton Mcleish

You Made Your Bed Now Lie In It

I did try my best, I did all I can
I even put my life in great danger
I have been bullied, slandered, threatened and
Contracts on my head were even wagered

I have spoke up against the anti-christ
And for that these morons did ridicule
But from now on I will lead my own life
And I will not be anybody's fool

I'm surely not my brothers keeper
And if they do not care then why should I
On the edge of world war we do teeter
So they must take responsibility

I won't help the ignorant anymore
You did chose your path now live with the score
