You May Walk Ahead



on a dark night like this
you may walk ahead and we shall follow you

along the streets of loneliness
and people who see us will say,

'there, the prince walks along this road
moving towards his date somewhere
followed by his
moron friends'

they're honest, and we like the way they see us.
