I used to wonder what is Expression?

Is it just words that I Rhyme

Or some act that I do as my Passion

Or some moments of Explosion

I used to wonder what is Expression.


I used to wonder what should be my Ambition?

Is it that All might be doing just out of Compulsion

Or which will give me some Satisfaction

Or that which may be Both as Amalgamation

I used to wonder what should be my Ambition.


I used to wonder why I am not in that Nation

Which will give me a bountiful Sky to Fly

And a simple Life without any kind of Pollution

I used to Dream of that Nation.


All the while when I was in Doubt and in Question

You came into existance as my Nation through my day-to-day Action

When I looked around the World, I felt

I felt little worried and little in doubt with You - My Nation

There is some Pollution and some Corruption, I felt

Still I am a Particle of You - My Nation.


The Ancient was Glorious and the Past was of Faction

Still Today We Win and Tomorrow We Make That Happen

The only Passion, The only Expression, The only Ambition

In my day-to-day Action You - My India

You are my Identity and I am proud to be Indian!
