You said we are friends for life
You said nobody will come between us
You said we may grow apart but will never part
I trusted thee but thou betrayed me ever often
Forgive you I did
Took you back I did
Stand by your side I did, .
Friends called you bad names
Friends laughed at me
Stand by you I did.
In silence I shed tears,
But how long shall I cry,
I have counted the lies you told.
I only want the truth from you
But instead its from your friends.
Fool they call me
Fool I am not.
So why cry
When I answered you not.
