You Were Dancing With Me Poem by Matloob Bokhari

You Were Dancing With Me

YOU WERE DANCING WITH ME
When the music started playing in my soul
You were dancing with me
When innocent rain washed all my logic
You were dancing with me
When I was In the midst of life's joys
You were dancing with me
When I was in pain, in despair
You were dancing with me
When I was walking in long, cold quiet night
You were dancing with me
When I saw sweet moon became pale to see your face
You were dancing with me
When I danced in moonlight with ocean waves
You were dancing with me
When I left sermons and listened Lover's Lute
You were dancing with me
When I peeped in my soul, I saw
You were dancing with me
When I was writing tales of love and wine
You were dancing with me
In the womb of my mother
In the dark walls of my grave
Luminous like moon
Smiling like rose
You were dancing with me
You were dancing with me
I was never alone
You were ever with me
