You were my best friend
You were with me ‘til the end
You were my best friend

Through thick and thin
You’ve seen it all
Through thick and thin
You’ve never let me fall

I apologize for what I've done
I apologize for what I’ve said
But I wont apologize
For being your friend

You helped me
When no-one else would
You helped me
When no-one could.

Again I say I’m sorry
And again I apologize
For being someone other
Than what you saw inside.

I know that I’ve hurt you
And I know it won’t change the past
But I still want you to be happy
And I hope that it lasts.
