Boy theres some confessions i need to get off my mind,
So i can get it all out there, and leave the past behind.

You were the one that was always there for me,
When nobody else would show their care for me...

You were the one that was always by my side,
When nobody else could see the tears i cried.

You were the one that would make me smile,
And it was your number everyday that i'd dial.

You were the one that made me feel safe,
When the pain was much too hard to take.

You were the one i came running to,
When tears would fall from what they'd do.

You were the one that said i'd be alright,
When i'd ring you crying in the middle of the night.

You were the one that would stay up late,
So this is my way of thanking you mate.
