In my youth, I was young and beautiful
My skin was supple and my hair was full
But now as I age, I see a change
The mirror reflects a face that's strange
The wrinkles etched upon my face
Show the journey I've taken in this race
Each line and crease, a story to tell
Of joy, of pain, of heaven and hell
My eyes are dimmer, my steps are slow
But wisdom has grown, my heart does know
The value of time, the beauty of age
The freedom to write, to turn a new page
The aches and pains, they may be many
But my heart is full, my spirit is plenty
For each day I live, is a gift in itself
A chance to love, to laugh, to be oneself
I may not be young and beautiful now
But my heart still sings, it still knows how
To dance in the rain, to bask in the sun
To savor each moment before it is done
The time will come when I'm not so young
But my soul will still be forever young
For beauty is not just skin deep
It's found in love, in memories we keep
So let my wrinkles and silver hair
Be a reminder to cherish, to always care
For the time will pass, as it always does
But my heart will remain, forever young and beautiful, just because.

Not just a state, but a feeling
For youth and beauty are not just skin deep
But a journey of growth, of lessons to keep
As time goes on, and years pass by
We may lose the bloom, the sparkle in our eye
But with each line, a story we gain
A reminder of strength, a mark to remain
So let us not fear the passing of time
For beauty lies in the heart, in the soul that shines
And though one day, we may not be young
Our beauty will live on, through all that we've done
For youth and beauty are not just a phase
But a state of mind, a way to embrace
The journey of life, with all its ups and downs
And to see the beauty in each and every pound
So let us celebrate, our growing age
For it's a privilege, a blessing, a stage
Young And Beautiful, we may no longer be
But our hearts will remain, forever young and beautiful, can't you see?
