Young And Ticking Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Young And Ticking

Tilting the scales in favour
Of body, mind and brain
Going closer to ideal ways
Harder it gets to shed it off
With effective strategies-
Losing those childhood trails.

The strength of thoughts
Keep thinking process toned
Brain eats less and digests well
Making of me an ambassador-
Of creativity and optimism
With an eye on long term goals.

Physical metabolism in February
Over looking key expectations
Spring yielding immediate aroma
Keeping grey cells young and ticking.
