Young Love Poem by Brunhilda Price

Young Love

Sometimes, when I look up into the sky,

And see a bird soaring way up high,

I think of you.

And I wonder if he can look down from

His quiet, lofty heaven and see you.

I pretend that he can and that by watching

Him in flight,

He somehow brings us together in love,

And in body, and in soul.

Why do birds eat worms?
