This morning I woke up on the unusual side of the bed,
thinking is something different, or
is something special.
I realized it was your favorite birthday,
the one you waited for an year to come.

You share your birthday,
with some famous personalities of certain kind,
yet, you are unique, with that famous smile,
standing out amongst billions,
made by the stuff in the stars, many trillion miles away

As you walk through the universe,
I hope you reach that place of thousand flowers,
with your name written on each one of them,
letting you discover, your mystic scent,
your awe and wonder, and your gleaming beauty.

Let this day be a beginning,
to all the subtle surprises that would come in your way,
reminding you of the perfect little things that make you,
filling your heart with all the feelings,
warmer than the sunshine in my bedroom.
