Your Cold Lifeless Hand Poem by Audrey Marie Kay

Your Cold Lifeless Hand

why do you trot around in my head
you dont belong here
get out, you are dead
you died that night
and im sick of this dread
im stiffened with fright
when i see you in my head

the gun in your hand
with blood in your eyes
you had it all planned
and left me to die
i guess you finally made your stand
but the tears ran fast as i cried
and sat there holding your cold lifeless hand
