Your Fellow Traveller Poem by Jid Thobhani

Your Fellow Traveller

You don't know that how mad I am for you
Have come bringing the gift of my heart
My heart has a story
Listen to it, listen to it listen, won't you?
Choose me as your fellow traveller
Listen to it, listen to it listen, won't you?

How can I tell you of these secrets?
You grow quiet, and I worry
How can I tell you of these secrets?
I'd die for you I speak the truth
Just ask for my life, and then see
Listen to it, listen to it listen, won't you?
Choose me as your fellow traveller
Listen to it, listen to it listen, won't you?

I'm lonely, and you are lonely too
If we were together, imagine what it would be like
Two destinations two maddened hearts
Will take the caravan of love to their destinations
Listen to it, listen to it listen, won't you?
Choose me as your fellow traveller
Listen to it, listen to it listen, won't you?

You don't know that how mad I am for you
Have come bringing the gift of my heart
My heart has a story
Listen to it, listen to it listen, won't you?
Choose me as your fellow traveller
Listen to it, listen to it listen, won't you?
