Your Happiness - Poem by Asim Burman

why are there feelings in me
what is the way to be

what and when to express I know not how
it is so difficult to see you hurt and not raise a brow

the rumbling winds cut through the woods
across the stream and above the goods

pierce through my heart
chill and cut and tear apart

always wishing I could be better
what u r looking I fulfill to the letter

not knowing your mind hurts
there is so much inside u that just blurts

there are so many layers within
I just dont know where to begin

but I am determined
and will know how happiness u have defined

A very fine write and again I mention the rhythm and the rhyming involved in your work. It is nice to see the realness of your words being put to rhythmic sound of your poetry. Keep up the good work. Lynn (Report) Reply
