The hate you give is everlasting
It's starting to become overwhelming
You, being my number one hater
Knowing everyday, you'd see me later
Your desire for my demise wasn't instant
At first, my presence annoyed you
I became someone not to talk to
Of course, this was all from your point of view
If not for you, I could have grown
You stunted me more than I could've known
Finally realizing your ruthlessness
After begging for your forgiveness
Countless times I tried to shine
But to you, I wasn't worth a dime
Even after all my blood sweat and tears
You still believe I should be without peers
With you as my prosecutor
I'm a helpless defendant
The more flaws you find
Your verdict gets closer to guilty
And at the end of the day
Filled with intense dismay
I look in the mirror
And I see you staring back at me
The one that trails me
The one that won't ever give me peace
You once took up a small space in my mind
But now, you own the place
Looking deep into your eyes,
Will break me, and spell demise
So, without further ado I say goodbye
Finally tired of your jeers and lies
If it means leaving the earth
You finally won't be able to scale my worth
No one will miss me, no one will care
After years of suffering, I'll end my despair
I tried to deny it
Refusing to accept it
That you were me
And I am you
