Your Main Aim - Poem by Barry Pook

Focus on your goal,
Mind, body and soul,
You can achieve it,
Ascend from the pit.

Destructive thoughts-no need,
Don't let them breed,
Batter down those walls,
Listen? ...Positivity calls.

Reach out for happiness,
Even when under duress,
Plans into action now,
Away with the furrowed brow.

Little ideas that grow,
Destroying pessimism, being low,
Rising above the snare,
Finally you'll be there!
