Cannot by any means
Survive a stern storm
Loneliness is weakness
Unity is, surely strength

This is lesson to Africa
Africa unite, Africa unite
Your strength is in unity
Unity of purpose and plot
The tested tonic for progress

Unity creates synergy
Catalytic to an entity's growth
Balkanization creates ‘hankie states'
With severely scanty sources
To those huge public affairs, handle

Africa's strength is in unity
Where he is woefully weak
I am strikingly strong
Complementing each other
We emerge a perfect entity
Changed for our challenges
Propping each other up
Africans solving Africa's problems
What a marked exploit
Is it happening?
Will it happen?
Or is it one of those mirages?
Seemingly within grasp
But never clasped
