Your Thoughts
Purushattom Bhattacharjee
Whenever your thoughts,
Come to me,
It comes like a cool breeze,
From a silent sea.
Tiny droplets of memories,
Soothe my heart,
Like the maiden rain,
Satiate the dry desert.
Now in my barren life,
It is just your love,
And your memory,
That's for me all enough,
My great treasury.
I don't ask anything now,
From the Providence,
It has given me a lot,
Your tears, your silence.
