I fell in love with your so very fast
You never really did believe it
For you have lived, loved and lost
You think I will only deceive you

Today is really meant to be lived today
Tomorrow never comes
Yesterday is filled with memories
Of things we should have done
I’m not going to be your tonto
If you are not going to be my tonta

I never really told a woman
Exactly how I felt
At least not before knowing
She felt the same way too
So why do I constantly tell you;
You are my heart and soul
And your response in return to this is
“Are you sure? ”
But still, I’m not going to be your tonto
If you are not going to be my tonta
