Your Words Poem by Missa Silvera

Your Words

I have heard them from others before.
Your words are different.
Your words mean more.
Your words mean more to me.

It’s not what you say.
It’s how you say it.

It’s not how you said it.
It’s the fact that you were the one who said it.

It’s the fact that you are real.
It’s the fact that I believe that you are real.

You said you love me.
I returned the sentence.
Not because I felt that I had to.
It wasn’t to make you happy.

It was real.

I honestly love you.

It scares me.

I like the fear.

Your words.

I love you.
