As my eyes wont see once more,
and my heart dont beat at all,
as no sweat shall leave my pores,
these words I beg thee to call/

if I were to retrace and go back in time,
I would still be awed by my first sight,
my sight of you, I would still be struck,

As I Lay

As my eyes wont see once more,
and my heart dont beat at all,
as no sweat shall leave my pores,
these words I beg thee to call/
Say 'here lies the truest heart,
here lies the truest spirit,
here lies a mind of art,
with soul which had no limit.'

As I lay one last time,
and my death is done and real,
this is a wish of mine,
and this is what u must feel;
feel no grief, feel no remorse,
just look forward to the sky's curvature,
yes I'm dead, I'm gone of course,
but death is my next adventure.

Testify my life, my rise my fall,
speak of my sins, mention it all,
because in death, be it heaven or hell,
say my story, its a testament to tell.
Im dead, I wont live another day,
so be true to my memory, even AS I LAY.
