The Best Poem Of prashant shaw

Tribute..? ?

The sun, the air, the fertile lands,

the trees and the freshwater river bands.

You blessed us with all we need,

air to breathe and crops to feed.

The water to drink and light to see,

the open space to feel ourselves free.



But what we have returned you in favour,

wounds of garbage and scratches of sewer.

The eroded land and swampy rivers,

polluted air with dust everywhere.

You gave us heaven we turned it to hell,

all we did just made your wounds swell.



Digging all through your body we fulfilled our desire,

leaving you in pain and tattered all over.

O mother! ! we are sorry for what we have done,

but the fate is losses cant be undone.
