Inner Truth

I write when I’m hurt, and then write when I cry
Write so long that my eyes ache.
I write while I live and write while I die,
Just wish you would die for Christ’s sake.

Police got you scared so now you on the run,
Your whole life ain’t nothin’ but a sin.
Can’t wait ‘til this pain you’ve caused is done,
Wish I could throw it to the bottom of a bin.

Now all I do is f***in’ cry at night
Bottled all this pain for the past 16 years.
But if I don’t cry then I don’t feel right.
Yet still I simply wipe away my tears through all these years…
