Silent Cry

when you left i thought it was for the best,
you mistreated me and left me to be your second best.
Hate to be with you, but without you iam a total mess,
my heart aches silently at nights i get no rest.
How could this be you are no longer here with me?
The memories remain of what we shared,
all i wanted was for you to notice i was there.
I go through my days and nights with this hollowness inside,
no one hear me, its a silent cry.
Reaching out to you but you don't seem to realize,
why is it that you rather shut me out, than stay and fight? i know we can work it out.
The thumping of my head, the uneasy beating of my heart all the things i will endure now that we are apart.
my silent cry for you will go on.
