Tears

Tears.
For pain.
For help.
For sadness.
For self.
For happiness.
Slowly brushing down your cheek.
With a salty taste of bitterness.
Nothing to be said or heard.
But the faint cries of hopelessness.
Or grief.
Or joy.
And the long lasting pain I bear in my heart, of sorrow.
And the screams of help I've been needing.
For so very long.
