Rajeev Rayaroth Poems

Relinquished
Buried and drained eyes,
Looking vaguely to the vacuous summer,
Lean, thin and withered hands,
...

Thoughts failed in threading picture!
Weird signs implying,
They are the one!
...

Hollowness coming on my cozy bed,
I don’t know why its hunting claws
Persistently after me,

Relinquished

Relinquished
Buried and drained eyes,
Looking vaguely to the vacuous summer,
Lean, thin and withered hands,
Gesturing something untold!
The Cocky heads have a glance,
Moving ahead!
“The life heavenly gifted”, they say
Habitual sights thriving
Making my vision blurred.
Am I blind or hypocrite?
The feelings showing discomfiture,
Yes, I am the one!
One more mother is thrown
Into the draconian claws of darkness,
Who too bore a son for 9 painful months?
He sucked her blood to be a man!
In her ever whispering prayer,
The loving heart throbbing for,
Even in the hardship,
Hoping a promised world!
The frame lays repudiated
Like autumn dry leave,
Bruised under jaw of The Time’
Holding aching thoughts,
Grousing like a doomed alien!
