My Companion

Pain is pain my all weather Companion,
I embraced it cause, for love was never Certain;

It is causatum of thy whimsical Disdain,
Consequently it caused complete emotional Slain;

Just to bring to thy notice it has touched crest of Mountain,
I sought it in every drop of torrential Rain;

This shattered heart is desperate to see some colorful Fountain,
Its only her, I urge for no more Gain;

Ohh Lord…! ! Enough of this, Now I can't Sustain,
Awaiting drop of jubilant Curtain;

Its my last herald asking her to come back Again,
I know of thy magnanimity, please be savor of your die-hard Swain;

One more futile attempt to melt you via this Quatrain….
