I walk through the path

He has no time
To relish or relax
Tan and weary he looks

I smiled so much
It’s been a while
I felt so young

Yester years have gone for good
And I thank for the wisdom it shared
Memories of pain vanished in a flash
When you came into my life and touched me by your hands

White as snow
Thick as froth
The waves keep flowing
To the shore and back

A mother-to-be to a mother of a new born
That long waiting
Of Months, and weeks
Of days and seconds to pass by

Silence is said to be golden
But it hurts the most
When you don't say a thing
