Troubled Love

My story of life is so far from true
It all came to a crashing end when I met you
The pain the hurt we placed on each other
I wonder if we could ever recover
But like the book of Life each page turns new
Don’t know what its coming too
We can only hope and pray inside
For brighter days and love filled nights

I don’t know what I would do without you
The emptiness the loneliness
The wondering if I could ever survive
I want to be your today tomorrow
To be that man who heals your sorrows

I want to break down this wall I have built so high
So you can see the real me hidden deep inside
To feel your love and hear your laughter
We haven’t written our final chapter

Now that we have grown up and have come to discover
This life we are building is made for each other
My life without you could not exist
There would be no peace in my heart no content
I know I will make it with you by my side
Making good memories and sharing good times
