Against the blue morning sky,

Thin and gray-haired,
at breakfast she takes

strong woman she is

Rainbow arched over
a military camp
where we pass through-
isn't there a forum

You say there were
shooting stars last night,
I believe you;
I saw them
...

refusing to leave
the heavy sound of earth
being poured back into the pit
crushing the flowers
...

I thank and praise you, God
for creating and sustaining the universe
with your infinite love and wisdom.
You are an all-powerful and awesome God
