The Inner Truth

You see me you see the truth in many different colours
The types of people you could be and all that you are
I never disappear and never will be far
But if I feel that you are wrong then don’t think I won’t intervene

I am light I am dark and everything in between
I am your future I am your past and I’m your hopes and dreams
I believe in you even when you fail and even if you’re not that keen
So trust me and I will lead you in the right direction

You can be true and kind, just listen to the voice inside
I will help you if you help yourself and I will comply
So don’t feel that you are all alone when you look out at the world
Just stand up straight and head right on and I will make you proud
