Born in 1988 Rostaria (Born Patricia) always had a weird view of the world. Reading at an adept level by the time she was 3 she devoured anything she could get her hands on. A born reader she eventually began to try writing poetry.
Her first poem 'Cracker Jack' was a dark twisted peom about murder and she decided that it wasnt the way she wanted to go. She now writes poetry about mental health, spirituality and love.
At the moment she has plenty of free time on her hands so she is writing to different novels set in two different genres. She has a partner and lives on her own with her cat Minstrel.
Her main inspiration in poetry is the famous First World War poet Wilfred Owen.
How often does the words get whispered?
'tell me the truth'
How often does the words get said?
'I cant tell you.'

Its hard to explain the way I feel everytime I look into your eyes.
I open my mouth to speak the truth, but I end up coming out with lies.
Its been a long game and I am tired of playing
Its been a long time and I am tired of not saying.
...
Gentle caresses
Dreams of tasting your lips
Feeling your breath on my skin
I close my eyes and imagine you there
