She – Behind Her Sunshine

She fakes a lot of emotions she has inside
And made it appear like a bright star shining up high
But the reflection seen on the mirror makes her sigh
For how sweet she smiles her eyes won’t lie.

No one knows how wrecked she is inside
Sorts of emotions in her heart she hides
Only those pillows know how much she cried
It’s like having secrets that are tightly tied.

She is trap in that cage for years
Until now she is still there with tears
When could she escape and let go what she bears?
And to do anything as she please without fears.

Has she really been happy?
Ask her and she’ll nod and smile lively
Yet behind the sunshine, she feels empty and gloomy
And her heart is weeping silently.

Into bits and pieces she was shattered hundred times
By different people at different lines
How did she pick it up, and still looks fine?
How did she rise, how did she strengthen her heart and mind?

Some people says out there is a perfect paradise
A true bliss with real laughter and no cries
Could she be there not just once or twice?
Could people break her still? Could still be loneliness in her eyes?
