</>I've planned the garden how I want,
There's lots I ought to do;
The garden shed needs clearing out -
I think I'll have a brew.

I ought to weed the flower beds,
I ought to mow the grass;
The greenhouse is so dirty -
I ought to clean the glass.

The vegetables need pricking out,
The rhubarb needs manure;
Should I prune the roses?
I'm really not too sure.

There's so much that I ought to do,
I shouldn't hesitate;
The Rugby match is on today -
The gardening can wait!
