Not Meant To Be

I love you so much,
but maybe we're not meant to be.
I want to be your everything,
but you wont give that to me.

We've been together another year,
but it dont seem so special.
For everyday thats past,
you've just made me shrivel.

I've tried my very best,
but you just dont seem to care.
You always get mad,
and it's just not fair.

I never wanted anyone else,
your mind is all wrong.
Why cant you believe me?
After so damn long?

But maybe it's time to move on,
we can never seem to agree.
And maybe it's time to realize,
We're just not meant to be.
