Life

Life.
There always seems to be something wrong.
We have times of sheer happiness,
Where nothing can touch us.
We have times of such joy,
That we never want to forget.
But something wrong is always around the corner.

I just want to live life,
As if the world is perfect.
For every day to be one to remember.
For tomorrow to be better than today,
Every day of my life.
But something wrong is always around the corner.

Is it too much to ask,
That everyone finds the right person?
Is it too much to ask,
That at the end we are contempt?
Is it too much to ask,
That peace is easy to find?

Perhaps it is.
But that's just life.
