All This Pain

My heartaches every time
I think of all the pain
You've been through
All those thousands of tears
you've shed
And all those long sleepless
nights you suffered
I can see it in your eyes.

I know you pain
and I can see hurt
I see the strikes on your face
from all the tears cried
And I notice the dark nights
have become your home
and a newly found friend
I can see the hurt
and signs of pain
cause I too have
become one with the pain
and the dark gloomy
nights
