দীর্ঘশ্বাসে পরিণত হচ্ছে আক্ষেপ
বুকের ভেতর শূন্যস্থান হয়ে আছে
পুরনো মলাটের আমার সেই শৈশব

আজ আকাশে অগণিত তারা
তারার ভীরে কত অচেনা মুখ
মরে গেলে কি মানুষ তারা হয়!
আমিও তবে তারা হবো
