thank u twice

people r born once

some to enjoy living
some to fear dying

some to hibernate between birth and death
missing the whole journey.

people die once

some still reliving bygone yesterday
some still desiring unattainable tomorrow

some still alternating between past and future
messing the precious present.

now, what if u were born twice
u'd enjoy, fear, relive, and desire twice
AND, u'd die twice.
no big deal!
BUT, think twice:
u'd hear your folks say, 'Happy Bday' twice
and, u'd say,
