Scape

a hillside of defragmented compunction
a forest of thought processes on fire
clouds with a peculiar penchant for mystification
a river of dislocated attainment
an orange horizon with a silhouette of desire
sights and sounds and smells of disdain
all inclinations of deja vu
and on every tree an idea or
hedgerows of endless unerring derision
and underfoot the only sound of life
some sombre thought casts a eye
an orchard where fruit comforts paranoia
a plateau gentle with air and ambivalence
tracks and fences incline at anxiety
metaphors verbs any words without meaning
and all inexplicables or intangibles
a gold frame of nonsense
