Beyond.....

What do I mean to you?
The same that you mean to me?
Are you also going through
This ache that's meant to be?

You are someone else's
And I belong to another
We were happy with our lives
Then what brought us together?

Is this called infidelity?
Is this being insane?
I don't want to lose you
But when did we ever gain?

I cant own your body
I cant own your heart
I cant change your feelings
But neither can I part….

I know I cant have you
Nor can I give you ME
That wont stop me from wanting
To weave some colorful dreams

I cant miss you if I want to
Coz it is you that I breathe
If I stop breathing for long
Then wont I dead be?

We know our souls connect
We know our minds meet
Aren't our feelings beyond words,
Beyond expressions, possessions and heart beats? ? ?
