Empty

That feeling you get, yet not knowing what it is
Not being able to survive anymore
Alone.
Forgotten.
Cold.
The shadows of this loneliness gripped loose dirt
But the dirt crumbled into its hands and like a dangerous bird freed from captivity, not knowing its effects, it soared in the air
Filling the air with
Misery.
Despair.
Emptiness.
Empty, run out of happiness
When he left me once more
Despair, the talons of fear gripping my neck slowly choking me
To talk, to laugh, to feel with him again
Misery, filling up my soul, my empty soul
