Hi dad,
It's me,
Your daughter.

You haven't answered,
Again.

I miss you,
Like a lot,
I think about you all the time.

Do you think about me,
Of course you do.

I'm your daughter right?
You have to think about me,
You have to miss me.

At least that's how it's supposed to be,
I hear your happy with your new family.

That's awesome dad,
I'm really happy for you,
I just wish I could be a part of that.

It's been over a year since I've seen you,
And I'll be honest, It's been hard.
