Lightning sets the skies aflame,
Thunder sounds and calls my name,
Blood dripped and stain the pearl white rose,
And once again the raven crows,

I have realized now in full aware
My pain is for me and not to share
A wish upon a stars a lie
And has left my heart cold and dry
...

They don't know where I am headed
Or that I'm even here
But how could they have warning?
They don't know, I'm my worst fear
...

When you think its too much
Look up at the sky
Think of the things you lost
And do try not to cry
...

From our book of woes
we may partake,
Our tears
we will drink like wine,
...

Only in dreams can I feel such rapture,
But when I Awake my hope is captured.
Eternal sleep is my wish at night,
Because I want to be happy, I want to feel right.
