Pity

To understand the mystery
Is to overstand the jury
For pain traverses the sane
While they diverse through the
insane
Real and proper
No steel and copper
Their love is for money
Not harmony
We believe in a being
Yet our souls are like spring
They wind each day
Easy to waylay
Yet we claim we shall overcome
But we dont know how far we've
come
For us pretty,
