Knock.. Knock

i heard a knock..knock on my door
i thought it was u
but when i opened it there was no one there
i started to cry
but im too tired of shedding tears
what a tease
my mind playin tricks on me
as if u were thinkin of me
it let me know
u kno how those feelings we cant explain go
i get so upset when i hear a motorcycle, sports car n stuff like that pass by
and ur moped is nowhere to be found
or when i hear that tiny scared knock u used to make
but my mind exaggerates the sound of someone upstairs
even everytime i go somewhere im looking to spot u out
like u just happened to be there n we run into eachother
but fear i may see u with another female
then what would i do?
im trying to move on but still stuck with passionate, happy, sad, sexual, bad, angry, lovely
thoughts of you.
i cant see how i will ever get over you but i definately know that not being with you was
best for me and you too.

Again, there goes that knock..knock
i almost dont get up but twice is too real to pass up
i open the door and i see a familiar face
..but it is not you
and i dont feel caught off guard, just really happy
like i was expecting him in the first place.
so i give a warm welcome to new beginnings.
